What is the one thing that we can do to impact our health the greatest? The answer for that is making sure that we stay active. Well, how active is active? This can mean so many different things, right?

Current Guidelines recommend 150-300 minutes of moderate activity and 75-150 minutes of vigorous activity per week. Check out the lessons below to dive in even farther!
