Nutrition
One of the hardest topics to grasp for a lot of people and the one that the majority of people struggle with. So if you feel like it’s a battle, please know that you are not alone! We are going to be covering general education topics as well as tips for eating out and alcohol intake.
Macronutrients
We will be breaking down why each macronutrient (protein, fat, carbohydrates) are important for your health. Why they are beneficial and necessary. And more importantly why not to be scared of any of them!
Weight Loss
Why most of you are here! Weight loss can be so incredibly hard for all of us. There is so much conflicting information out there. Which diet are you supposed to follow, what should you be eating, or not eating. The majority have the overwhelming disappointment of trying to lose weight and failing, or not being able to keep the weight off. My goal is to help you learn why chronic dieting is bad, how to lose weight, keep it off and continue to progress on your goals.
Alcohol
Alcohol is a large part of socialization for a lot of people. No I won’t be lecturing you on why alcohol is bad. However, it is not a free calorie and unfortunately not a low calorie as the can wants you to believe. 1 gram of alcohol equals 7 calories.

eating out
Sometimes we can get so into what we should be doing that deviating from the plan can be stressful or overwhelming. I do NOT want that for you! I want you enjoying life and the moments you are in. This is meant to be a learning experience so you know how to eat for the long haul, not something that is stressful or not sustainable. The video will give you some tips on how to eat out successfully.
Try to stick to a high protein the rest of the day, keep carbohydrates and fats for your dinner. So you can get what you enjoy! If you overeat and indulge spread those calories out the rest of the week instead of looking at just the day. Know that when you eat out they will use much more oil/fats then you will typically use at home, so being a little under on calories isn’t bad that day. On the other hand if you eat out a lot and not getting the results you want, try eating at home more!
