Foundational Habits

No matter what your goals are, the biggest way to get you to your goals is establishing key foundational habits. These habits will affect our overall health and wellbeing. If we don’t focus on the following habits then it will be much harder to get where you want to go!

Why Foundational Habits

Why are they so important? What are they?

  2. Stress

  3. Hydration

  4. Nutrition

Sleep

Sleep is the first foundational habit and one of the most important. Want to heal, gain muscle or lose weight the answer is sleep! Our goal is always to get at least 7 hours per night:)

Stress

We all have it, some of more than others. How we manage stress is so incredibly important. There are different approaches that we can take to help us manage stress throughout the day. Data is showing that breathwork and breath control is one of the best ways to do that. Let’s learn some more!

Hydration

Short and sweet one! We need water to function:) Making sure we are drinking enough will help us feel energized, reduce brain fog, flush toxins, help our GI system.
